(a) Tracking an Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped. This email will contain a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your order online.
To track your order, please click here and enter your order number. You will then be able to see all of your order and shipping info.

(b) Delivery & Payment Method
The applicable delivery and payment methods are different depending on the region:
Vietnam: Cash-On-Delivery ‘COD’ (only applicable for Ho Chi Minh city) / Bank transfer
Other countries: Debit or Credit card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard) / Paypal
(c) Shipping Fee
Orders may be shipped with multiple carriers. Shipping rates may vary:
Vietnam:
- Urgent delivery (1-2 hours) - only applicable for Ho Chi Minh city: 30,000 VND - 60,000 VND
- Standard delivery (1-4 days): 20,000 VND - 35,000 VND
Other countries: estimated fee will be displayed at checkout, customs charges may apply
(d) Shipping Time
The time required to ship depends on the number/size of item(s), shipping region, season, and time of the day of order.
Vietnam: 0-4 days (you can specify the date and time of the delivery when placing your order)
Other countries: 7-14 days
